The apartment is located at the beautiful sandy beach of Vathi in Sifnos, just a few meters away from the sea. It is on the 1st floor, it's newly-built and its surface is 46sqm plus 24sqm terrace facing the sea (total floor surface 70sqm).
Vathi is a very beautiful, picturesque and sandy beach in the south-western part of the island. Vathi is a peaceful and calm place, ideal for romantic persons and those who seek quiet holiday. As the acess of the vehicles on the beach is not allowed, there is a free municipal parking lot at the end of the road before the beach.
The space
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons. It consists of a kitchen, a sitting room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Additionally, it has a big terrace (24sqm) facing the sea.
The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge, electric stovetop, microwave oven, coffee maker, water boiler and the necessary kitchenware.
The daily tariff of the Seaside apartment for the year 2023 varies between 110 and 220 euros, depending on the period of the reservation.
