It is a brand new apartment (2017) and it is located in the main paved street of the picturesque village "Katavati", just a 10-15 minute walk from Apollonia town center.
Its location is advantageous, as it combines the quietness and the cool summer nights with the short walking distance from town center (the famous "Steno") where is the heart of the night life of the island. It is also ideal for hikers, as many trails of the island (see "Sifnos trails") pass just outside the apartment.
The space
The surface of the studio is 45sqm and it consists of a kitchen, sitting room with built-in sofa, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a small storage for your luggage.
There is a veranda in front of the studio in a garden.

The apartment also has a kitchen equipped with dining table, fridge, ceramic hobs, coffee maker, water boiler and all the necessary kitchenware for the preparation of breakfast and meals.
The daily tariff of the Cosy apartment for the year 2023 varies between 80 and 180 euros, depending on the period of the reservation.
Great apartment & location!
George's apartment was an excellent choice for us while at Sifnos! It was 5min away from Apollonia!
George was a great host, giving us any information about the island and anything we want!
We 'll come back at George's if we'll visit Sifnos again!
