The "GeoNi’s Villa" is located at the settlement of Katavati in Apollonia on Sifnos island. It’s surrounded by an estate of 2 acres and it consists of two bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and a big terrace with a view to Natura 2000 area of the island.
The residence was fully renovated in 2021 and it has also a free parking space for a small car or motorcycle.
From the terrace of the residence one can enjoy the wild beauty of the nature and the Cycladic landscape as well as the well-kept garden of the estate.
The location of the residence combines the quietness of the area and the short walking distance from the town center (the famous “Steno”) where is the heart of the night life of the island.
It’s location is also ideal for hikers, as many trails of the island pass just outside GeoNi’s Villa.

The apartment also has a kitchen equipped with dining table, fridge, electric hobs, coffee maker, water boiler and all the necessary kitchenware for the preparation of breakfast and meals.
The daily tariff of the GeoNi's villa for the year 2023 varies between 140 and 390 euros, depending on the period of the reservation and the number of the guests.
Our hosts, Nikos and George, were super friendly and helped immediately, when we had questions or needed their help. The villa itself is amazing. It is new and has everything you can look for for a great vacation on the island!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison, entièrement rénovée, tout est neuf, elle est très agréable, bien équipée, climatisation, wifi, très propre car le ménage est fait tous les deux jours, très bien située pour partir visiter sifnos et profiter d Apolonia (10 min à pied). Sans compte l accueil bienveillant de nos hôtes qui ont été «aux petits soins» avec nous! Tout était parfait! Merci George et Nikos.
